quick update

i hit 149 lbs at one point over the weekend on the scale. it was monumental, but short-lived. my 'cheat' meal from saturday has kept me at 150 for 2 days straight! it's my last week on the meal plan and my wife and i planned to buy healthier food to cook a few days out of the week starting next monday. the goal is still in sight...
